Terms of Use
1. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity under your Fairway account. Keep your credentials secure. One user per account; account sharing is prohibited.
2. Usage License
Fairway grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access our digital services for personal, non-commercial use. Automated data collection (scraping) is strictly forbidden.
3. Platform Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features to maintain platform performance and community standards without prior notice.
Enforcement
Our Resolution Process
Violations are handled with a tiered approach, prioritizing education and warnings for minor infractions, and immediate suspension for severe breaches of integrity.
Appeals Process
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may submit a formal appeal within 72 hours of the decision via the support portal.
